Sorry to butt in the convo but what you are saying about raman opening up to ishita is about their relationship and him taking ishita since shagun was not there shows he acknowledges ishita as pihu's mum but still the fact remains shagun is the one taking care of pihu n is a mother to her till the time she herself does not do something that negates all she did in past 7 yrs so he will take shagun only if that was the case which isn't wrong as shagun's selfishness till now has not harmed anyone unless she comes out in open

Unfortunately the answer is shagun...yes raman and bhallas or iyers may still considers ishita as pihu's mom in their mind but in all other aspect shagun is pihu's mom...from giving birth to raising her and no one can deny that... and i even doubt the school record has ishita's name as mother of pihu(though it is yet to be shown but from the teachers reaction it seems so)...hope Cvs prove me wrong here

we should wait before commenting on that but if that is the case then it will be very disappointing because it is somewhat ok to hide the truth from pihu but hiding it even officially is not acceptable.(there is still some doubt regarding this as in one of the episode some student said to pihu that shagun is not her mother as she is not married to raman and that girl's mother is happened to be teacher whom shagun scolded later)
