Start the investigation now..

The makers have skillfully showed details of the terrorist activity. They have managed to portray the death sequences of the two most loved characters of the show an htey have managed to show the reactions of the other members of the family or even the society in this regard. I think the proper investigation should start now. I dont want the makers to take long time showing the justice process and end up the last scene of the show as ' Hume maaf kar do Swadheenta' because it's definitely not enough after what has happened to the Jilanis. Pardon me but its a failure of the system , the system which bureaucrats like Jaidev, Adarsh and Manohar are an important part. They not only failed to protect a basic right of a citizen, right to live but also termed him a terrorist without proper investigation.

Either the media or Swadheenta should question the whole process of police action during this terrorist activity. Few questions can be helpful

1) Who saw Asad shooting Abhay that too 11 times ? Given the fact that Asad was only 18 and didn't have any knowledge about guns, how did he possibly hit exact 11 fatal bullets to a qualified and experienced IPS officer ? Last time he tried to breach a security he was caught pretty easily and all the guy had was a knife which didn't help him at all.

2) Why Abhay didn't shoot Asad himself or even tried to ? He didn't have his gun during such crisis hour ?

3) Where and why would he drop his gun and hold on with the jacket ? Jacket had hidden explosive then why didn't he blast it but waited for the police to respond ? Any person will put on fight before dying and htis guy didn't Why ?

4) Did the police try to capture him alive because its wiser to catch them alive and interrogate them instead of killing them all.

5) What about Asad's call records ? Did he try to call anyone during his last minutes ? To whom were the calls made and why ? Why would a terrorist try to call people so frantically ?

6) I think all the police has as evidence is his photograph with his friends in that so called flat. What else do they have as evidence ? Did they find anything in his laptop or even call records ?

7) Lets assume he was a terrorist and Abhay and Yash knew about it. What did they do about it given there was a threat already ? Or if they didn't know about it then why was Asad in touch of Yash, the guy who supposedly had sent him to jail and the guy whose engagement was called off because of Asad. How many people keep close ties one like this ?

8) Was Mr. Jilani trying to kill himself by bringing that gift to the venue ? Unless he was a suicide bomber why would be stay there to kill himself ? leaving the a place he would have fled the country with his wife.

9) Like Asad, Mr. JIlani's call records should be examined. How many people did he call that day , that week or that month? HOw was he communicating with the terrorists?

10) Why would a 'terrorist' allow Swadheetna and her family to live with them ? Lets assu,e they wanted to use the Sinha connection but that happened quite lately and that too all of a sudden. Swadheenta was living with them for years and then she was supposed to marry Jeevan that too in Chennai. Why would anyone have a person who is an ideal lawyer at home ? That would have been an added risk , isn't it ?

I think on the basis of this a case can be registered and then the investigation can follow. If I have miss anything please let me know because I got to watch the show in bits and pieces.Most of it I watched on hotstar only.

Also, add more because I am sure there are more clues left for Swadheenta and the media to explore about the whole Asad/ Abay murder case.

That's the tragedy. The system responsible for the whole thing didn't bother for a trial while media is always ready for one. Swadheenta is all alone in the battlefield .she will require external help and if she can then Padmashree will be of great help. Media infact is a very powerful medium in today's world . Only the power needs to be channelized properly.

Of course investigation will start n all your points will be put in court by swa I guess. I think swa herself will file the PIL. I think Padmashree will help swa in the investigation may be unofficially.

A few observations I made over the past couple of episodes:

a) That was one guy against several policemen,

b) He was not carrying any weapon,

c) He just stood there and didn't make any advances toward the police for them to be threatened by him,

d) No one saw who killed Abhay (which is bizarre, more on the later),

e) The police are always held accountable for every life, and they could have and should have just arrested the guy (according to the law, every person is innocent until proven otherwise),

f) Abhay was the only guy at the crime scene, no back-up at all--unreal, stupid, and irresponsible.

g)Abhay had no protective gear despite being the chief of police or whatever.

h) Who follows a criminal without even calling for backup first.

i) The police reached there and did absolutely nothing to save Abhay, who BTW should have been their first priority ATM,

j) The ambulance arrived, but they still didn't take Abhay until Adarsh and Jaydev showed up. If it weren't for their negligence, he could have been saved (but I guess we'd never know, would we?), or at least provided enough treatment to give a proper statement, and not just utter Asad's name, misleading everyone;

k) Asad could have just texted one one of the family members, or group texted everyone, or left a voicemail. This would have made it harder for Yash to get rid of the evidence;

l) Abhay made two huge mistakes for being the best police guy on the force, (i) he signed the police verification without reading, (ii) he handed over the photos to the other guy without checking those himself. Again, careless, and irresponsible;

m) Abhay was with Asad the whole time, and you are telling me that he didn't see at least one his crew members to witness he was driving around town with a guy he himself gave the orders to bring in for terrorism? How stupid do Indian writers think the viewers are?

n) One of his guns fell out his pockets during the chase, but guys at his rank typically carry more than one weapon for backup, esp when going to chase a bomber;

o) No one bothered calling Asad during Swa's speech, but they had the time to call "baby"?

p) Asad was a fool to have gone after Iftikhar unarmed and when Abhay was bleeding out and he should have just called the police or carried him to a hospital himself.

I think I have listed more than a few, sorry about that, I just had to get it out. Maybe now I can watch the rest of the show without cringing thinking about how stupid they have been the past couple of episodes. BTW you have never seen me on this forum because I haven't been active on IF since BI. I have, however, followed this show since the beginning.

Now that I think about it, I should have just created a separate post for all of it. But I liked your post, so I hope it's cool.
