Madhura, he actually did not mention Vividha by name when he made that bet, even though he may have meant it. Yeah, he does want Vividha, but if he loses her i.e. her father manages to marry her off to someone else, he can still get Guddi.

Forced, OTT romance from yesterday's episode as well as the way Atharv-Sujata are riling Kailash are the signs that the "love story" is about to end soon.

I'm sure that neither is in love. Atharv is now playing for prestige, since he made a bet, and Vividha is better @ fighting him when he's attacking her dad or criticizing her decisions, but not when he's after her

Guddi is nothing like Vividha. She does not like her dad - she sees him for what he is - a bully. So there is no way she'll defer to her dad the way Vividha will. Also, she sees Atharv as a hottie and the only reason she hasn't made a play for him is that right now, she thinks that he belongs to her sister. But if her sister marries someone else, she'll definitely move in. She asked Vividha as much - if you don't want him, is it okay if I line-maro him? 😆

Selfish is what Kailash is. Neither Vividha nor Guddi would be selfish if they went against his wishes and married Atharv. Vividha may be mahaan and marry the guy her dad picks, but Guddi won't be. Also, Kailash has pride in Vividha and wants her to marry up, but so far, he has either not thought of Guddi (since didi is still unmarried) or not stated what he wants for her (if anything at all - he disdains both her and Ankit)

I feel if he marries Guddi, essence will be lost. Vividha is always flaunted by her dad.
Plus Guddi knows his shades, Atharva wants to marry Vividha also to protect her, so her father stops using her so much!! She is sensitive, if she knows truth, she will be broken. By marrying her, he would show her his shades slowly, cos if he directly tells her reality, she would not accept. He needs to win her love, trsut and then tell facts.
I never told Guddi selfish.
Kailash is not selfish, it is an understatement.
Plus, this is my take that Atharva will do, each will have a different opinion, you are more interested in Shashank's entry as well, so you think this Guddi thing, and I do not.
We can just wait and see.
