do you live in the past ,present or futur

My question is do you live in the past, present or future?Obviously most of us will say here that we shuttle between these three in our day today lives......but my query is ....most of the time in which moment do you think or live in and why.......has anyone ever experienced in his or her life the present moment.....it's a great feeling ...just try it......have you...how did it feel?😊

i live in the past and the present because sometimes i like thinking abt my past memories which make me happy 😃
