Its not about the child remembring it or not these kind of things have psychological impact which lter surface on with the child having trust issues etc.

Sometimes, losing certain people is not that bad of a thing. The kid obviously deserves a mom who is grounded in reality and compassionate towards his needs.

Mental illness and depression is a serious issue. I have a lot of empathy for people around the world who commit suicide or contemplate suicide due to their battles with mental health and depression. I believe society can help them take charge of their life, with support and compassion.

Obsession and craziness though are another animal. These people fall in the same bucket as psychopaths and sociopaths. No amount of compassion or therapy can help them. There is something intrinsically wrong in them. No sympathy here. The world is better without these people.

W*F ... for the sake of the child, I sure hope it wasn't a suicide .. otherwise, why the hell would you want to bring a child in this world and leave him with such tragic traumatic scars ... totally sick .. insane people

I do not think what Hema Malini said was wrong. her words may be. But in what context she said was right.

Not everyone commits suicide because of depression or becoz of troubles in their life. Some are just quitters n stupid. There is no need to make everything an emotional drama.

I want to hear what essay writers of depression has to say about this.

Okay, call me insensitive all you want but this is one suicide I'm not to emphasize...what kind of a human being kills themselves in front of their child?? Not only did she take away the right to feel a mother's love for the rest of his life, but make him watch it while you do it.

That's inhuman act man, and for what?? For someone you didn't even know personally??

I really hope this is not true for the sake of the baby...it boils my blood to think what that poor kid might face.

And yes he will know that his own mother killed herself right in front of him, and that'd surely do a lot of damage.

I mean i wld be devastated for life if I find out my mother killed herself in front of me for an actress...means the actress meant to her than her her own flesh and blood. Poor kid.

There is not a single sane person in this world who condones suicide. Suicide will always be something that is unilaterally discouraged. While a small fractional sliver of suicides are due to obsessive psychopathic or sociopathic behavior, majority of suicides are due to mental health issues and depression. That is no small matter.

Human beings are biologically hard wired for survival and self preservation. We are sociologically conditioned to have strong aversion to pain and suffering of any form. Suicide is against every biological and sociological programming a human being receives. For a human being to act against both their nature and nurture is an extremely drastic step. It means events in their life have been so dire that they need to overcome both nature and nurture to overcome it.

It is very easy to call suicidal people quitters, stupid or all sorts of names. It is very easy to tell them to stop the drama and act maturely. People who do so need to logically evaluate the extreme nature of suicide. If someone in our society feels that our society is so terrible that it compels them to defy nature and nurture, then it means society is the failure.

WTH !! That poor child. 😔

It is indeed sad if real life, even her child had no value over an actress. But this is only symptomatic of how dark her life was that she used fiction to escape her reality. RIP
