I agree with others, it's too late to make any changes here. This is just the media just making things up to sensationalize things post K&S and Fawad's popularity as Kabeeraspeaking said. No matter what Ranbir is still the lead here and Karan won't undermine him or his popularity by pushing Fawad forward even if it is indirectly.

No doubt that KJo cast Imran Abbas, etc. for the same reason...to broaden the target audience. However, this one week Rajasthan schedule of the movie was already known of even before Kapoor & Sons released and Fawad himself had mentioned he still had to shoot more days. And it's been a few days now since they've finished it off and returned so this writer is very late 😆

Anyways, Anushka is starting Phillauri next week and apparently the only filming schedule left now is Aishwarya's...so unless he is getting more work with her, this news seems to be simply for sensation or to cash in on K&S success/bait Fawad fans to watch the movie.

^I wouldn't be surprised if the production house is going to use this line of thinking to promote the movie more too. It's only beneficial and eventually they want to get as many butts on the seat by utilizing the entire starcast associated with the movie to advantage.

@Kabeeraspeaking: You are most likely right. From the time Fawad and Imran were confirmed for this film I have had this feeling. Ranbir's equity has eroded in India. Anushka or Ash dont have much equity on their own. But Ranbir and Ash are pretty popular overseas. While Ajay Devgan isnt as popular overseas. So the smartest thing to do is to target the overseas market. Having Fawad and Imran will be an added attraction for the Pakistani diaspora and resident Pakistanis. So the attempt is to draw them out.

So fawad is becoming kjos favourite. ..

i hate movies which dont stick to the script...goes haywire..

Will watch this movie just for Fawad.
