IKRS Saturday 26th March 2016 ep 199 My Take ~ Honest Duplicity!
We live in a world of hard sell! Where manufactures and big multinational corporations want our custom. For its our money they are after and to get that they will with well meaning throw in freebies, which in reality we could do without. But in this relentless aggressive world we often are taken in by things which are not as they seem to be. Yet we are drawn into being deceived because things appear sincere and honest. Hence in today's episode, we see in this treachery in it's most attractive form making a meal out of two innocent souls Dhani and Viplav under the canopy of familial bonds..
The sense of victorious complacency of being accepted back in the fold.. inspires Viplav into drawing strength from Dulari s words of advice she delivered Dhani on her going away ritual.. at all times show obeisance to elders. In complete sincerity viplav considers appropriate that he tenders apologies and supplies justifications for his clandestine wedding with dhani. He is ready to accept any form of reprimand ,yet he defends it was him who persuaded Dhani to marry him, hence she should be exempt from punishment. Most humbly, Viplav values and reiterates the worth of parents and grandparents in his life and considers himself blessed indeed to be born in this house hold . Dashrant knew Viplav was likely to express himself in this obedient fashion, so he reckoned it was high time he as the elder of this household grant patronage and feigned forgiveness to his grandson and his wife! Shalu watches from the balcony as the two men, her dada ji and brother embrace, and she turns away feeling the hard done one by the two men. Kanak watches from the side screen and she too denounces DT's action as hypocritical! Once the hug is over, Dashrant does the next appropriate action to win the trust of this couple and his wife. For emotional fraudulence is making the other person believe that all is well between them!.. Dhani is welcomed and called the youngest bahu of the family. Hypocritically speaking! the couple is shown to their living quarters.. Viplav's room!..
Shalu turns into a mole of the house ,much to the benefit of Raja's purposes. Without lifting a finger ,she gives him access to the latest developments in her family. Entry and acceptance of Viplav and Dhani back in the house. Raja plays his cards.. He plays on Shalu's anti Viplav and Dhani sentiments of denouncing Dhani as her bhabi ,but he bigs his image up by his duplicity by advising Shalu to call Dhani her bhabi for her brothers happiness! . In doing so, yes rightly, Shalu's heart is won , by what she sees as his large heatedness! Whereas, unsuspectingly he Raja will gradually rob Viplav and Dhani's peace! Honestly speaking!
Carrying his love over the threshold of their love nest in his strong arms! hark! no bridal suite is this! with a decorated bridal bed strewn with rose petals! framed with a canopy of sweet jasmine buds and hanging mirrored strings !no low lights! and rose scented candles , dotted around the room to intoxicate the newly married couple into awaiting tunes of love. It was plainly Viplav's room, the only extraordinary difference now is another special person will share this room and all its space with him now.. she fills his heart !she fills his life and she fills his emptiness. never will he go to bed alone. She will be here to have a natter with him ,share a joke, laugh at his jokes.. life now is one big happy smile for him..she is the reason for his joy! his friend, life partner and wife. Living with someone means welcoming them to your room! a ecstatic expression of receiving them into your life.. Viplav lets go of his inhibitions, spins Dhani ! gives her countless heartfelt affection riddled kisses! Then it's time to close the world from entering into their love love nest ,so Viplav closes the door to his ,correction their room..a good husband eases his wife first ! if she is unaccustomed to sleeping on the hard floor as opposed to his mattress , then its the hard floor that he will use for his first night of marriage.. her happiness is now his happiness ,her comfort is now his comfort.. in the flicker of a candle light..the love that they share becomes a single flicker..of a diva that glows under the images of holy deities of lord Shiva and his beloved wife Parvati..Viplav and Dhani glow in a flicker of a diva that glows before the images of lord Rama and his beloved wife Sita...the colour of their love is white, pure and eternal..
The mother in law from hell! billows with rage on her empty bed in her room! images of Viplav and Dhani holding hands, their union that she desires to end! the image of Dhani received in the house! again an image she wishes to reverse by kicking the witch out of her kingdom! but the image that charges her the most, is babu ji's forgiveness that he hands out on a platter to her son and his wife! dashrant comes to her room, to cool her down with water.Kanak challenges his sheer hypocrisy by allowing Viplav and his wife in. He coaches her to learn from water.. which doesn't reform its semblance but rather fits in which ever shape or form its poured in! similarly, he tutors her to keep a lid on her true guile and fit in with great duplicity into a situation where none can fathom the difference between appearance and reality! Kanak will have to adapt herself according to circumstances. How hard they had tried to split Dhani from Viplav but it never worked! Dashrant admits but it doesn't mean we accept defeat.. he advises Kanak ,if she wants to divide Viplav and Dhani she will have to do so by winning Viplav over gradually and gently with fine hypocrisy and duplicity ! she will have to wear a mask of lies before Dhani! think about it he advices her. But Kanak rejects the idea of pretending to nice to Dhani to win Viplav over..she has her own ideas of throwing domestic abuse at Dhani to frighten her out of AN...kanak as usual overacts and wants to do things her brash and rough way.She forgets Dhani has her protector with her!
middle of the night! and Viplav finds this time he didn't need to sneak in and out of the ashram.. his wife is right beside him..asleep! he stirs to get up and she turns to sense he is really beside her ,this is not a dream..
Viplav walks past his sisters room. A sadness lodges within him , he didn't want things to pan out they way they did, he tucks her in and lovingly says to her ,in time she will learn that would he did was for her own good... he promises, soon enough he will find a nice boy for her. Kanak too passes by and can clearly see Viplav loves his sister ,and who knows may be he feels regret too.. she slithers in and reminds Viplav , great ,first he ruined her life, and now he makes a promise to her and that too, while she is asleep? Viplav replies, he keeps his promises , he promised Dhani he would marry Dhani and he did! and he leaves but Kanak hounds him and threatens him. what he s doing is not right , he replies he finds no truth in it! and asks her what her issue is with Dhani? he begs for another chance for Dhani as she might change her opinion about her but Kanak makes it clear to her son that even if Dhani dies for her! even then she will not give her any joy. Viplav tells his mother point blank why is she hell bent on breaking this house? she denies it, and blames Dhani for breaking the house! and she will have to pay the price! Viplav too tells her point blank, if she does anything to harm Dhani he will protect Dhani! and his mother will be the one to lose her son!
Well no surprises in the episode from Dashrant, Kanak or Raja's sides.. fake and full of guile.. but for Viplav and Dhani , there is honesty and faithfulness in their relationship. Viplav does not mince his words,but then neither does his mother. The precap is disturbing. Kanak is rearing to go.. only Dashrant can stop her? will viplav leave AN for the health and safety of his wife? she I have a feeling will dig her heels and put up a fight.. hope she gives as good as she gets! would that be godly?? hamlet53 27.3. 16
