Real budget kya hai iska ?
60-70 cr budget hai to sure flop.
5 din main 35 cr.I guess lifetime around 60cr max.
It got poor opening.then got good reviews and most of the people are liking the movie.
But Next Friday se Batman vs Superman release ho raha hai.Superhero movie to succesfull rehti hai India main aur Rocky Handsome bhi release hoga.
5 din main 35 crore kie hain air next week se kam hote jaenge.

The budget was 37 cr and first week itself has recovered the cost and expected its going to have a good run at the bo in next week too.6 day total is approx 40 cr. You can go through the review thread for the updates.

Oh and the budget was reported by both indicine and Komal Nahta. So dont think with lifetime of 60 crore as you are expecting, it will be a flop.

Waise aapko kaun se result ka intezaar hai? Flop ya hit? 😆

Itna kam Kaise ? Promotion pe hi karodon kharch kar dete hain .
Agar Komal Nahta ne aisa kaha hai to link dijiyega. Hone ko to ho sakta hai kuch bhi 😆

Haan jee hone ko bahat kuch ho sakta hai. There was a tv episode on etc bollywood on monday discussing weekend collections kapoor and sons where budget and collections both were discussed. 25 cr was there for making and 12 cr for promotion as told by Nahta. And if I find the link of the episode I will share it. But the film is not going to flop for sure. None of the trade portals mentioned it as FLOP or even expecting it to be a flop. Baki toh aap jo interpret aur decipher kare as per your wish. I am just trying to state a few facts on the basis of published and generated material on the film's revenues.😊

It is a good family movie. I am pretty sure more people will watch it because of good word of mouth and reviews. Plus its March end and boards exams are just about to end. That will surely have an affect on the movie. Btw Ratna Pathak Shah and Rishi Kapoor were mind blowing in the movie. I would probably rewatch it only for these two😆

No. The budget is 37 crs. Taran Adarsh and various other trade analysts have declared that the film will end up being a HIT. With the kind of WOM and positive reviews, this film will not flop. If you watch the film, you will realize that the film has a low budget, it is not a grandeur Dharma film with glamor, it has a very simple background, the budget will be low too.

SunHarsh covered it all. But even when Shakun Batra was asked about the 1.5 cr spent on Rishi Kapoor's make up he said that was the most expensive thing they did for this film. So yea it is very clear the budget is very low, 37 cr including promotional costs.

I thought the movie was already declared a hit on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Tooo hasty to declare it a flop???

Its Hit already.. earned 40 crores in 5 days... with a budget of 37 crores

It is expected to cross 65 crores mark on Sunday...

Cox today its expected to fetch another 4 crore... and with goood Wom it can easily earn 15-20 crores on weekend...(friday-Sunday)

This shows you have no idea about movie or reviews you don't even look at the trade limits.even BOI is positive about k&s the budget is already covered then what's the issue. Its time to worry about your fan -___-
