I knew dev didn't had any holi in childhood. Still the fb bought tears to my eyes. He might have had 2 shirts. One his mom was washing second he wore.single uniform. Holi Color in it meant his mom had to wash harder as he needs uniform and it cannot be dirty. Colors didn't exist in this boy's life and even today he has no interest in colours. Bitterness of childhood he still denies happiness for himself while giving it to younger sisters. Still there is one more in that house whose life also needs colors.neha.hope the Colors are thrown at them to bury the bitterness of past

Poor Dev ! What a sucky childhood , No wonder he's so damaged and complex n bitter n dysfunctional n impulsive personality. I felt bad for him when he was reminiscing !
But I wish instead of sending chocolate for Sona ,he'd ringed her up n apologized for his very much rude behavior.
Even my own father had an extremely struggling childhood , he even lost two of his brothers because our paternal family didn't have money to take care of medical bills when they fell ill. Your hardship in the childhood doesn't give you any right to become a bitter person towards others. It's what my dad says to me.
I say it both for Dev n Neha. They should let go of their bitter childhood memories and rejoice what they have today. They're extremely lucky to reach where they are today . They should be grateful to life and God.

Agree with you guys.
I think I am lucky that I can enjoy my childhood.
Dev and Sona had very difficult childhood. But they if they keep holding on to the past they will not be able to live the present and will destroy their future.
However they should forget all that too. By remembering the hardships that they faced, they can make their future better by working hard.

Re: Dev I understand. Why is Dev's Mom reluctant to allow her other children to play Holi? I like Dev quietly challenging her authority as the man of the house.

Yes Anna. Past memories should not cloud your present. Dev should open up to enjoy life. He deserves it, so does Neha. You cannot change past, but of course you can change future by managing your present well. And yes Sona did deserve an apology.
@lady yes I liked that Dev used his authority to ensure his sisters got their life. And I also liked he pocketed that brochure on English speaking classes which Neha had kept among her shopping things.
@trina we have to be thankful for what we have than crib about things we don't have. I always tell, if we can eat food 3 times, have a roof over head and no major medical complications consider yourself blessed and try to spread positivity.

Even In Mahabharata , Crane Aka Dharma when asked Yudi who's truly happy , Yudi said some thing similar , if you can have staple food, a bed , no debt to any one and peace in your heart . then you're true happy. 😃

Happiness is some thing that is from with in , n not from outside, it's about inner peace n satisfaction, Dev n Neha are only making themselves miserable, does the rest of the world care at all about their unhappiness ?? No ! They need to let go n move on.

Happy to see colours on Dev. Finally Rang to laga, ab pyar Ka rang lagna baki. I am sure of it Dr. Bose also admitted that her love story is waiting for her.As Sruti said heart goes for Dev who had such a gruesome childhood. As usual the holy colour experience has been overshadowed by Khatri issue.I liked Neha's words that showed the mirror to Dev . Neha 's Charecter is developing well.To an extent she and DrBose form the pillars on which the the serial stands a chance to win the hearts. Ofcourse the other two, pillars are Dev and Iswari though a bit grey shaded they still carry the story on their shoulders along with Sona and Neha.
