IDK how true it is, but generally coaches ask players to abstain from sex before a big match in many sport. Even wives are indirectly banned from accompanying players by coaches during world cup type matches by the teams not paying for them in some cases. And since both male and female athletes are asked not to have sex I don't see the misogyny here.

so i really don't get it what was the issue here..may be they indeed were obviously having sex..but why would an upfront girl like anushka in today's time make that statement..don't know what is the truth..

also if you don't have sex but masturbate before a match..it is the same difference..it makes your knees weak..

Sex is banned Soccer World Cup. Players don;t take their wives/gf during the event.

I am not sure if you are aware of NFL but Dallas Cowboy QB Tony Romo had Jessica Simpson as GF for few months. She was butt of jokes because Tony romo used to play badly whenever she was in the stand. Opposite teams fans started wearing Jessica Simpson mask. It was damn funny.

Anyway i find those tweets funny. In fact there are lot of jokes on Anushka on whatspp.

My post was in context with the tweets. I m sure there are plenty of similar kinds all around the world with similar beliefs.

As far as I understand it is the player's responsibility to be in discipline and focus. They are trained for that.So if there is a ban imposed for whatever reason it is, primarily the responsibility lies on the player. Not his / her partner. So when the rules are broken and people chooses the partner to put down the blame and ridicule them there is a problem .
