Whats the purpose of hiring a full time nutritionist or dietation...Instead they should have shown something else if they wanted show Dev-Sona-Dixit family (especially Dev's mother) interaction to move the story forward.

Why Sona's father and elder brother not earning anything? Mystery yet.
There house seems to be very very good...then in which angle they are middle-class or poor family?

Guys there's a technicality error I know.
Sona couldn't possibly the only one to treat ishwari in Delhi...
But what to do its a story and has a plot.
I know the plot must have been more consolidated and realistic and based on real facts but guys let's just recall its just a story...
So let's enjoy it as a story plzz...
You guys if keep digging in technicality... There's no point in watching the show coz we would always be finding faults with the show or characters. It will not let us enjoy the show...
See fictionalization is allowed in non fiction serials.
I know the show.is not.total reality but it's really close to reality...
And I totally agree with those who. List out faults with characters or the plotline as healthy criticism.
But let's just say guys...
Its a wonderful show with great actors so let's make.it worth watching.
I'm not saying.to.stop. all.criticisms but I would say don't let your criticism to go that level with avoids you to enjoy the show.
I mean yes the plotline has loopholes..but its a not that big budget show like dehleez or something...
You can't expect.a show like awkward to show realism like homeland right??
I hope we just maintain the positivity enjoy the show and keep the healthy criticism going on.

The only option remains is to hospitalize her as Sonakshi suggested but Dev doesn't even agree to that. Then why should she accept such a case when the patient is so non-compliant ?? Even then she suggested hiring a professional nurse or maid , which is as sound an advice as any.

Also it's absolutely within the right of a doctor to refuse any patient unless n untill that patient is moribund and can die immediately if the doctor refuses to attend to him/her. Medical ethics clearly says only this kind of patient should not be refused on the ground of humanity. All other patients can be tranferred to another doctor or specialist and refused to have even first contact check up by a doctor if the doctor wishes so and it's perfectly okay..

And here this girl, who'd just lost her job the previous day , who's in dire need of money and who's the sole bread earner of the family , who is in sore need of this new job , gives the interview a miss so that life of an unknown old lady is saved. If that is not the sign of a golden heart, then I don't know what is . 👏 👏 👏

Plus she's a scholar as her brother pointed out and extremely dedicated to all her patients EQUALLY, which is again some thing very important in medical ethics , no matter from which class , section , religion, color or financial status they belong to, a doctor should treat them equally. Unfortunately that often doesn't happen in reality . The rich and powerful the biggies get the cream of the care and very little reaches those who need a doctor the most . Sonakshi is an exception. And she made it clear to DEv also exactly why she's refusing to take up Dev's rather weird offer , because that'd be wrong ethically and it was wrong to say your mom is special and others can wait and drop them.

I just hope Sonakshi never takes up Dev's offer, but the way all her roads to survival and earning of livelihood is getting blocked , I know she won't be left with any choice but to accept his very unfair offer. It shatters my heart that a doctor had to compromise in this Cway and ultimately bend down to the rich and powerful. This is so so wrong at so many levels.

absolutely right.she is a doctor,not a house maid.all of them are treating her like a maid-making her cook food,shouting at her and all.talking about a family that raise from very simple background their behavior is like so sophisticated and immature.iswari is acting is OTT😡
