Shagun's godh bharai

So Shagun who is carrying Ishita and Raman's kid is getting ready for a god bharai.. I hope there is one for Ishita built in that track somewhere .. Because truly the one whose lap is going to be filled, is Ishita .. Raman wanted to give her the happiness of experiencing motherhood .. Shagun carried her baby.. God bharai will probably be the time when the transition from surrogate mother to the real mother should take place . Ishita should be decked up as the expectant mom with her pallu spread out, getting blessings and love for her unborn child .

Ishita regards Ruhi as her first child and they had a beautiful godh bharai & maybe if Ishita herself were pregnant - I could understand another function.

But why this? I mean what is the function of this ritual? To pray for the health of a first time mother and the child. Shagun is not carrying a child for the first time & even if this surrogacy is Ishita's first blood child - there in the concept of the is actually destroyed.

true Krishy ...and the saddest part is mostly women are at the helm of things in BT...and this kinda mockery is happening in one of the GECs at prime time...complete callousness towards women in Ishita's condition..most of whom cant afford to have surrogates or a fertile angel ex wife available to carry their child...to their face...again a slap of cold realization about their physical inability.
