Im not a fan but I must say I am surprised that he has been here for 13 years!

He has defiantly given some good acting performances! The first streak of talent that I saw in him was in Zinda, where I believe he acted very good.

He was also good in Water, Garam Masala, Virudhh, Dostana, New York, Desi Boyz, Force, Shootout at Wadala, Madras Cafe, etc etc Lots of versatility in his filmography. Quite a strong filmography!

He also turned producers for Vicky Donar, Madras Care and his upcoming film Rocky Handsome.

For an outsider with no industry contacts or in your face PR - I think he has done quite well for himself! Quite a flourished career he has had; plus he's still going strong!

You know he always says he is always held underdog rather than being overrated and this actually helps him to come strong each time.
Keeping balance with his filmography and production house without inclined to any other PH. Only thing keeps strong oneself is the confidence over his own work, and this is only going to get better. 😃

he is a very decent guy

very down to earth..grounded

also the fact that he doesn't like to be in news 24/7 makes him more likable

underrated overrated i don't know

but yeah he is not a flop as termed by many

13 years and still getting lead roles and with moderate successes..he has a decent enough career..better than the likes of imran khan

I really like him. He seems like a very intelligent person who doesn't often blow his own horn. i think he was decent in Shoutout at Wadala and Madras Cafe, and I thought he was really funny in Dostana. However, I think his real power may be at the producer level. vicky Donor and Madras Cafe were both interesting takes on risky subject matter.

Neither underrated nor overrated...I mostly like him in dark tones and negative roles

Non.. He was fine in Zinda but Shootout at Wadala is one of the worst performance by a male actor ever!

He's a good actor, has script sense, producing well, he's intelligent n smart too, choosing decent films, has a sexy voice and is not into stupid "statement making" drama!

No! Not at all! He is a pathetic actor .I was watching Housefull 2 a few days back and his cringe worthy acting irritated me to no end! I wonder how he got the few films that he has done when he has zero dancing and acting skills. And I don't know why a few people think that he looks good. I find him ugly and his personality is very boring. Kareena was right in her opinion about him. He can't act for nuts.
