doctor had come and gave some injection.. he gave some meds to her.. maharaj ji wants to put the medicin ... sagar came there and says he will put the medicin.. gangaa says she will do it.. sagar says dont be stubborn and he pulls her leg and applies the meds.. sagar's ishq nsheen 😳
