Even a criminal's words have importance if his words are related to his activities. He is not commenting on how to conduct a surgery or what technique to choose for deep sea fishing, that we need to rubbish it straight off. He is giving information about his own group, own activities and people with whom he was associated in one way or other. It may not mean that everything that he says is true, especially if he stands to profit by misleading the police, but whatever he says should be given importance and investigated. If found true, action should be taken against those who claimed that the police killed Ishrat Jahan et al in fake encounter.
