Hey!

So, I stumbled upon the promo of her new show and was wondering, despite being sweet, pretty and being able to act, why did Amrita Rao fade away?

Was it that she wasn't glamorous enough for the audience? Was it because the Girl Next Door persona was out of style when she came on to the scene?

Did she lack screen presence? What was it?

Was it the lack of currying favour with BW bigwigs?

She faded away because she left BW for few years. If she hadnt left she wouldve been one of the biggies maybe. She left right when she was starting to get famous.

she had forgotten bollywood and she got same therapy from bollywood and audiences😆

She could have become one if she had stayed a lil more in BW but then it also depends upon the fate. Its as simple as that.

From what i remember, after Vivah, i think, she did a interview where she said she is leaving to get married or something. Then few years later she comes back to BW. But everyone had forgotten her by then.

She was supposed to get married?😲 to whom? I never knew about this

She never said to whom. I dont think he was from the industry. But she never got married, so god knows what happened???

She didnt leave bollywood and she is not married
She was only choosy and did few films because she didnt had any God father so she couldn't do any wrong movie
Plus she had no kissing screen pact which made her lose Yash Raj's Bachna Ae haseeno and She refused Mahesh bhats 2 3 movies
If u see her graph she has very few films but most of them are good movies
Also she was never indulged in any controversy except for the Shahid Kareena break up
