Ten days had passed. The investigation was going nowhere. Khyati just couldn't make any sense in the case. The evidences were pointing towards Nisha, except for the fact that she was with Dolly and Saurav before the estimated death of Navya, and Kabir had gone to Delhi for that one week. The business rivalry angle also didn't convince her.
Khyati looked at the board in her cabin. The board had pictures of the Gangwals, Dolly, Saurav and Kabir, the dead body at the location, the injuries etc.
Tawade- (pointing at Nisha's picture) So aapke according yeh guneghaar hai?
Khyati- nahi...
Tawade- Par saare evidences iske khilaaf...
Khyati- (interrupting) Pata nahi kyun, par itne saalon ke duty mein maine logo ke emotions ko importance nahi di hai, par iss case mein, mujhe Nisha ka Navya ke liye pyaar, uska protective nature manane ko hi nahi deta ki she's a culprit. Nisha had just freshened up and entered her room, when her eyes fell on the mirror. Something was written on it with lipstick, she read it, "YOU ARE NEXT ...NISHA GANGWAL...YOU ARE GOING TO PAY" Nisha screamed in fear. Kabir and Saurav entered and saw the mirror. Kabir hugged Nisha, who was trembling with fear as Saurav called the elders.
Khyati's reverie was broken when her mobile rang. She received it, spoke for a few minutes and then said, "Nisha has got her first threatening message, HURRY!"
They soon reached the mansion and entered the room. The forensic team was working on the mirror and then said, "Madam! Something unusual has happened!"
Khyati- Kya?
Forensic officer- Iss mirror pe NAVYA GANGWAL ke fingerprints hai...
All were shocked.
Khyati- Maybe kisine uske fingerprints tamper kiye ho... (to herself) though that's not possible...
The whole day Nisha was in fear. The sight of her sister's body haunted her, and the mirror's message scared her more. All failed to calm her down. Kabir asked Laxmi through her eyes whether he could talk to her alone. She nodded and signalled everyone to leave.

Nisha- (hugging him) Mujhe kabhi mat chodna Kabir...kabhi nahi...
She found solace in his arms. Kabir ran his hand on her back to assure her.
Here Khyati called Dolly and Saurav to her cabin.
Dolly- Madam, apne hume kyun bulaya?
Khyati- kyunki, tum dono iss case ki woh link ho, jo main sujha nahi paayi...
Saurav-(confused) Matlab?

Khyati- Sir, Forensic team ke head, Dr. Shekhar Sinha ne evidences temper kiye the, usse is ke liye 25 lakh diye gaye the... Asal mein woh dead body aapki beti ki thi hi nahi...
All gasped in shock.
Khyati- Usse saare instructions phone se diye jaate the, aur paise uske account mein jiss account se transfer kiye jaate the woh account Sumeet Kashyap ka hai... Aap jaante hai usse?

Nisha snatched the phone from him and spoke to Vasundhara, convincing her that she'll take care of Kabir. Vasundhara, convinced of her son's and daughter-in-law's safety, blessed them and disconnected the call, praying for the best to happen in future.
