What you say is correct but this is Soapland. Such logics do not apply. Who cares about the law? Kavya is not going to police or court to enforce her right. She is not going to walk out of the marriage. She is just going to sit in the corner and cry and sweep around her "husband" and her sister.. 😡😡😡

I agree with you totally!! But thinking from Kavya's character's perspective I guess she is married now and going back home will be easier said than done. I am so angry though! I mean if I was Kavya I would be so angry at Samrath! 😡How dare he do this to her!!? There was no force involved! He married her willingly to save his respect. He has no right to do this to her! 😡

Also why should Kavya suffer? If she takes divorce or just leaves than the community they live in will taunt them because thats how indian communities are. AND even if the community doesn't say anything against Kavya and supports her, she will still face troubles! She is also a girl! Didn't she ever dream about having a nice husband and getting married!? This maybe a bitter truth but a lot of the nice families will not want her as their daughter-in-law because of her marriage to Samrath! I mean today when my parents look for a nice girl for my brother, they don't consider marrying him with a girl who has been divorced... thats just the way it is! AND before anyone gets angry or defensive, I do not say that everyone is like that but there are people like that!
