Usha's problem was that Twinkle was brought up by a single mother who was also a successful business woman
You see she thinks if aurat is successful outside the home she is a failure at home

Usha belongs to the society which thinks that a woman no matter how successful she is needs a man to support her; ek aurat ki izzat aise samaj mein sirf uske mard ke wajah se hoti hai
