Hello and good morning, night, evening, afternoon to all you lovely people 😊 How are you guys doing?
I am thoroughly enjoying the new track of Ganga trying to become independent in her life. She's trying to move on not only in terms of her love life, but also her education. It's always refreshing to see, specially in Indian tv shows, a female character taking steps to ensure the security of her future through education. I am absolutely in love with Gangaa's attitude after facing rejection from Sagar. She finally feels like the Gangaa we saw pre leap. She knows what her priorities should be, and what she needs to do to get a move on in life. This is a very big thing for someone in Ganga's situation. I mean she is a widow living in a retrogress city like Banaras. On top of that she wants to get educated and make something of her life, give it a new meaning & create new boundaries that transcend Sagar. For someone whose entire life revolved around one person, her actions, reactions, were all somehow linked to Sagar, it's life changing
Her aspirations were limited to being with Sagar, while that is in one way good, it limited her as a woman in many other ways, and as a character with probably no room for growth. Till now she was childish, she was still stuck in her adolescent phase. But since the reality check, she has matured so much as a woman who now knows there are other things in life and other ways of moving on in life. I mean she still loves Sagar, and she still maintains that he will come back to her, but the only difference now is that she is not bound by her love for Sagar. She knows he doesn't love her, so now she can do whatever she wants.
Sagar on the other hand, is being a bechara. I get that he wants her to move on, and she is trying to move on, but he needs to give her space. He needs to allow her to take her time to sort things out for herself ,to think clearly. He still considers her his best friend, but he has to understand that constantly reminding her of the pain ain't gon help her. But I still feel bad for him. I am not annoyed by him, infact it's very sweet what he's trying to do. But once love comes in between friendship, there is no friendship left to go back to for one person in the relationship, in this case Gangaa. I really want Sagar to man up, and let Gangaa be. If he wants her to move on, (since he is the reason for her moving on) he should step back. Right now he's acting like a victim. He can't salvage their friendship, but while Gangaa sorts stuff out, he should figure out how he will get out the marriage mess he created with Jhanvi. 😆I am pretty sure he doesn't to get married to her. Can't wait to see his reaction when he learns of their kundali's "matching".
I am dying for some SaGa moments but this is necessary in order for their story to progress to the next stage.
