And Hanuman put oil in that flames by burning Lanka and killing one of his sons. Ram actually gets an emotionally weakened Ravan by all the barbs of Sita and Lanka Dahan by Hanuman.

It can also be compared to our politicians who keep saying, I am in politics just to serve the mankind, and I am not interested in power but will be happy if they are denied the minister ship or the ticket for the next election, only then they will show their real colours.
