As for surrogacy, yes there might be a big twist there too. It is hard to digest that Manoj is so white. May be that child is Shanoj and Shagun has no idea. When the baby is born, Shagun may feel sad to part with the baby and then Manoj might say... the baby is theirs and so she does not have to give up.

Ishra may then be back to square one.. no Rohit, no surrogate baby...
