As the title says I'm going to defend the CV's (shocking I know) and the show. I for one actually didn't hate today's episode. I admit Yuvi and Twinkle's confrontation was to long and many parts were unnecessary but other than that I didn't find too much else wrong with the episode. The main reason I think people were disappointed with today's episode was because it seems like the CV's are ignoring Twinj. I don't think so. Face to face romance is easy to show but the CV's are showing a different kind. The love they are showing goes beyond a show of affection. When I say, show of affection I mean hugging and talking and those sort of things. The kind of love the CV's are trying to show is beyond that. Today Twinkle didn't relent until Yuvi threatened to kill Kunj. I think that shows more love than any hug ever will. Her desperation to keep Kunj alive overpowers her ego and that in itself is a beautiful example of love. In Monday's episode I have a feeling we'll see the same thing from Kunj. The precap shows his desperation. Hugs and kisses show love for sure and off course I want Twinj hugs and Twinj conversations. Yet this being able to give up their lives for each other kind of love just makes me smile. Love doesn't have to be seen or heard, it just needs to be felt. All emotional talk aside, I'm going to bring forth something else. I've seen many posts on twitter asking Sid to leave the show. Please, please, please don't tweet that. I don't think anyone can play Kunj as well as Sid has. The thing is people want more Sid screen time but on the other hand they ask Sid to leave the show. Might I just point out that those two demands contradict each other. He can't get more screen time by leaving the show. I know people are irritated by this drama but what do you expect the CV's to do. Drama is guaranteed to get TRP's and high TRP's mean more money. As much as I hate to say it but TEI wasn't only made for our entertainment. It was also made so that the actors and creative team could earn money. We can't ask them to sacrifice that for us. I don't mean to be offensive or disrespectful but please stop asking Sid to leave the show and also don't quit the show. After the MS, I think Twinj and TEI can have a beautiful fresh start. On a brighter note, I am super excited for Monday's mahasangam. It's high time we had more focus on our heroes. I mean the more Sid time the better right? 😉😉
