The episode starts with Yasir and Naaz … they are out and they have takeaway with them …. Yasir tells naaz that those who have paid for our honeymoon we didn't thank them, and he says let me call Afreen and tell her that we are about to leave …. Naaz in her thoughts says O god if he calls Afreen he will get to know that she is in hospital, and then he will not leave his sister and go with me, that means honeymoon cancelled? No I got to stop him from talking…. She snatchs the phone from him and tell him you are so Bodhu I have got to tell you everything … Yasir asks here why whats wrong …. Naaz tells him that she doesn't feel right even saying it, maybe Afreen doesn't like mine and your relationship …. Yasir says don't talk like this …. You are my wife after her making me understand, and she is very happy for us …. Naaz says if she was happy she would've called us…. Now if you were in her place you would've called 50 times…. Yasir says now say whatever you want to say Naaz….. she says what I want to say is that we return we will get them presents and we will go to their house, after all Afreen is my sister in-law, I don't care if she respects me or nah but I respect her …. After hearing this Yasir says my Qesmat doors has open after having such a understanding wife and I know that you will always keep my family together, that's why I love you so much.
Shahnawaz khan is telling his wife to go to sleep, till when are you going to wait for your wife??? She will come at this Azan and Afreen walks in …..shahnawaz khan asks them where were yous??? You know that your mother doesn't go to sleep without seeing Afreen, still you are this late? Afreen says I am sorry dad, sometimes life can get so busy that even if we want to we cant be on time…. Shahnawaz khan says ya you are right, but what is this cut? Afreen says oh nothing dad I bumped to the my office door, Shahnawaz says Afreen daughter you are pregnant and you shouldn't get such a injuries at this time, it isn't good and he says to Azan didn't you tell her about the cap thing at our office, Azan says I did tell her dad, but she didn't pay attention, Shahnawaz says if she didn't pay any attention then you should've came forward….. its farz on you to look after your wife …. Azan say I promise you dad I will stop her next time….. Afreen goes close to her mother in-law and she touches Afreen's stomach and gets happy …. Shahnawaz says are you satisfied now after seeing your grandchild? Now go to sleep … look at her after seeing her grandchild she is so happy and I am the one who has been talking and she didn't smile once. Shahnawaz says to Azan and Afreen that I want to request something from yous two that please take care of this child as much as you can, safe him from any pain as your mothers life is based on this child's life….. Azan says Yes dad…. Azan and Afreen looks at each other….. Afreen is on the phone with the in-charge lady and Afreen tells her that tomorrow is the first day of court and that she got the reference from a very big lawyer he has signed that Afreen is aware of law…. In-charge lady says that's very nice caz without that you wouldn't have been allowed, ok then be on time tomorrow…. Afreen says ya I will be their on time and no one was hurt yesterday??? In-charge lady says no they are all fine……. Azan is on the phone with the builders and he asks them why did they used stick and he says if we didn't used that they would've walked in, Azan says so what all they would've done was talked to you and then left , treating kids and women like that and giving it my name…… builder says listen Azan you are on our side stop taking their side …. We did what we thought was right and we told you before that whatever happens it will be under your name….. Azan says in this fight my wife was injured too …. The builder says so what? Azan says I would've told you what I would've done if she would've been too injured … I wouldn't have left you alone and the others … we will not leave yous alone if you loose this case…. If you want to safe your wife from all this kind of pain then anything can happen…… Azan walks in to his bedroom and sees Afreen a sleep, he puts the blanket over her and takes a file and when he opens it he sees something ( I think it's the letter that she got from the lawyer).
In court room ….. Afreen start with saying that I am from the kids side and here is some documents and my degree…… Azan say's I am from the opposite side and here some documentation that is relevant to this case and my degree. Judge allows Azan to take the case but doesn't allow Afreen to take the case as she hasn't participated before….Afreen say's but I have attached the reference…. Judge asks her where is the paper? ….. it is inside that file please take a look…. Judge says Mohtarama don't waist the courts time, there is no documentation in this folder to say that you are allowed to take this case… you have tried to manipulate the court, this shows what kind of lawyer you are …. Judge says I am asking the in-charge person for this orphan school to hire a trustworthy lawyer… Afreen stands up and says But jusdge… and he cuts her and says have your folder and thank Allah that I am not punishing you for this step of yours ….. Afreen says to her self that till late night I had all the papers , then how come they are less today? Who can do such a thing? She looks at Azan and Azan looks at her, and he smiles.
Outside the court the in-charge lady comes to Afreen and asks here what is going to happen now? All our trust was on you, now the judge has stop you to take this case, we lost this case before we start to fight ….. Afreen says we will not accept it this soon, whoever has done this to me I will answer him back…. In-charge lady says I do not see any way to this ….. Afreen says I will find a way by getting another reference, just trust me we will win this case…. Azan says from back why are you giving her fouls hopes… Afreen looks at him and Azan says you know the truth let them have another lawyer caz you cant play this case … Afreen says no Azan I will take this case …. Azan says without the reference letter??? Afreen says what do you think I cant get another reference just caz you took my first one? Sure you will get it but after 2 months …. After being kicked out of the court today, the enquire will take at least two months and ya I stole your reference paper and I throw it out…. Caz I don't want you to take this case…. You were so scared of losing from me that you stole my paper? Azan calls Afreen's name and says your head is as small as your brain….. I wasn't scared of you I just want you away from this case … caz I don't want to see you in courts doors, and you know the reason very well now you will be away from this case for two months ….. or you can have another lawyer in both ways I will win…. If she hire another lawyer I wll not allow him/her to survive with my reasons and if she doesn't hire another lawyer within one month I will discharge the case……. Their will be no case and you will not fight and at this he leaves………
Azan in his car gets the flash backs of what happened the night before … how he stole the paper …. He gets the flash back of Afreen's saying in court room…. Azan says Ya parwardegar if you can please forgive me for my this sin, you know what I did was wrong but my intension wasn't wrong I want Afreen away from this case as my mums hopes and desires are in her tummy and my dads dream, I don't care what Afreen thinks of me at least she is going to be safe.
Afreen is playing with kids and in-charge lady calls the builders and says to tell boss that everything is going wrong, as Azan stole the papers and Afreen cant take the case for another month, now they both cant be standing in-front of each other in court room… the man says ok I will pass your message to boss in-charge lady says Thank you……. Afreen says ya Allah what should I do now??? Ho can I help all these kids?? Azan has put me in a place that I can't help much…. Ya parwardegar help me so how, please show me a path otherwise Azan will take the shelter away from those kids … please Allah tahla don't let it happen … at this two little kids are holing Afreen's scarf and one is saying Rashid uncle (I think that's what he said) said to us that a badman is taking our house, you are fighting with him, make him loose … and one of the kids gives Afreen a paper which says 'best of luck'…. Afreen asks then is it for me and they wave their head…. Afreen touches their faces and says Allah will never put your du'ah on hold , He swt will give me so much power that I will win from that badman, now yous go and play. Afreen says if I cant fight I will not allow Azan to fight.
