well don't know anyone remembers...but a choti si movie called DLKH's hero was also named prem.
other similarity the movie had 90's music like prdp.
another similarity...well it is similar to me...one heroine was khoob hatti katti, but TOP notch performance, the other as kamzor as her performance.
both movies funded by popular house...rajshiri and yash raj (thodi hi sahi)
now...coming to size...its your take...you want chota prem, choti movie, motti heroine with quality performances or bada prem, kamzor heroine, badi movie...jo beech meh dokha deh jaye...meaning...no climax.
