why has the defence force not run a background check on Ishaan? All family members and company employees should have background checks often. In fact they should be on the govt watch / protective list as they deal with sensitive information.There seems to be no checks and measures.

Very valid questions with a single answer-afterall its a balaji show , conceptualised by Ekta. Logic plays zero role in her shows and its better not to expect anything normal from her shows.

The basic premise of an intelligence agent living in this country for 4 years in a family related to defence ministry makes it illogical from the word go. I guess ekta thinks the intelligence agency and police system are wortless and blind. Even kuku ji getting appointed as sevurtity supervisor by the army was lame and unfathomable. Lastly that key fiasco was beyond laughworthy. More comic than all the comic scenes shown till date. But as we all are aware of how hibdi soaps work and how mata does not bother to research a bit about the backdrop chosen, its better to behave like ghajni forgetting all loopholes. Yeh toh aise hi hai. 🤣

It's a Balaji show. Can't expect too much of logic from her.

Hahah .. ik tu fiction, doosra balaji show, logic is going to come hard 😆, but as for background checks, i believe bade paa's love for his brother and his guilt of the fight he had with him makes him trust Ishaan blindly and also the intellegnece is aware of an agent living in India and they even know his name! As for kuku jee being the detetive .. wo meri samjh se bahir hai sorry 🤣

Honestly even I thought of all this and the answer is "No idea how this is possible!". It's an Indian TV show and now after watching a few I know how little they care for logic and truth in storytelling. Like another comment said here, you have to watch British, US and other western TV mostly to get a logical story. But in an Indian TV drama it is not possible. I have hardly watched Balaji / Ekta shows coz I know her formula. But even I know not to expect logic from her. If we want to enjoy this show we will have to learn to ignore the massive loopholes in the narrative and the illogical dramas like the "Key" fiasco. Honestly someone who loses important defense documents coz his daughter in law lost the safe's keys should not be given a defense contract!
