We need a strong girl with Haryanvi accent for Sultan: Salman Khan

Ever since Salman Khan's Sultan was announced, there has been speculation about who will play the leading lady opposite Salman, who will be seen as a wrestler in the film. Various names were rumoured to be confirmed for the film right from Deepika Padukone to Katrina Kaif and from Kangana Ranaut to Parineeti Chopra but none of the assumptions proved true.

He continues, "Sultan is a love story. We have to see that Salman Khan, the Sultan is destroyed because this girl is not fit for him. So the girl, who will play the leading lady should have that quality, she has to be convincing." The makers have been saying that the mystery will end soon when a formal announcement is made. While the speculations were there for two leading ladies being cast, the film's director, Ali Abbas Zafar recently clarified saying, 'There will only be one heroine and we will announce it soon'. Apparently, Sultan will roll from November and is likely to release on Eid next year.
