Wasn't Ishita already convinced baby was of hers and Raman?

Seriously this was what confused me when i saw a segment post that Shagun try to convince Ishita that its IshRa.. i was like she already knew but still opposed it! seems like cvs have brought in this twist all of sudden without any proper planning👎🏼

Todays episode ws confusing... It seemed as if ishita knew evrythng b4 al d drama started... she knew evrythgn b4 raman actually told in front of d family... al d scenes bout ishtia questoning raman in front of evryone n blaming him for making relations wid shagun ws a part of d plan it seems...

no no.It was before Raman explained 2 her the truth that Shagun told her that its ishras baby.It was flash backRemember Raman brought shagun home n told them d truth n shagun got accused n she left in anger n then she committed suicide.shagun coming 2 bhalla house n she blasting at them n ishita blaming her was all their plan
