Varun Dhawan wins his first award for Badlapur!

Actor Varun Dhawan stunned all with his power-packed performance in Badlapur a revenge drama that released earlier this year. Varun's character of Raghu won him immense applause and acclaim.

While many said that this will surely let him all the popular awards for 2015, the actor chose to stay mum over it and kept all his fingers crossed. But now, things seem to be in his stride, as predicted, as Varun has bagged his first award for 2015 for his film Badlapur.

"Last night at the #masala awards. Meet some really cool people and won my first award this year for #Badlapur. Thank u dubai and to everyone that voted," shared Varun on twitter along with his picture holding the award.

Well, now this one is surely much-deserved Varun! Congratulations!

I want to watch Badlapur and Haider but cannot get myself to watch them. Anyways congrats to Varun! Looks like Dilwale will be the second movie I'm gonna watch of Varun's after SOTY after all
