I am back with Part IV in which I have covered three cases since, one of them, was just being a filler. These cases were important from viewers point of view, since it is through Tennis Scam Case only that Ananya got her job back and also Kabir's attention. Who can forget Kabir staring happy Ananya enjoying with her friends, from his cabin, rather longingly? And then, off course, Kabir and Ananya together solving the murder mystery of one of the brothers of Businessman. At that time, Kabir's conversation with Inspector Khurana and his calling Ananya "Meri ek stupid reporter" grabbed everyone's attention and won lots of love but from the legal point of view, these cases were important also since, while, Tennis Scam Case covered the burning issue of this country - Corruption, murder of businessman case is the representative case of umpteen number of cases in our country which are turned from murder into suicide, be it the high profile cases or the common cases but this is the fact that these days, it has become a trend to convert a murder into a suicide. Thus, from this point, all these cases are important.
Homicide case : Though, it was just a filler case but it threw light on Hit and Run case which is a punishable offence under IPC. We are already aware of one famous Bollywood celebrity being booked under this case but, unfortunately, as it is happening in his case, same thing happened in the serial also. Not much weightege was given to this case.
Tennis Scam : In the tennis scam case, Ananya through sting operation and later, Kabir exposing the Main selector Mr Krishna, right in front of the camera, must have helped the police and the law machinery to file a case of corruption against Mr. Krishna under Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 (No.49 of 1988). Though, it was a sting operation which didn't have standing in the Court of Law but, the police might take a good clue from it and investigate further since, it is evident that if Mr. Krishna was asking money from one boy then, he must have taken the money from every boy selected. So, naturally, he could be easily arrested on the charges of Corruption as our ministers getting arrested these days.
Murder of Businessman : This is the case in which, the murder was given the impression of suicide, however, the observations of Ananya and Kabir are very impressive when they both go through the pictures of the slain man, in which they both come to the conclusion that the man didn't commit suicide but actually, has been murdered. The observations of Kabir and Ananya about the the man being left handed and was shot on the right hand side, actually could be the observations of police and C.I.D. and public prosecution however, in this case, it must have been a major help for Khurana to reach the real accused and convert the case from the suicide to a murder, as was shown later when Inspector Khurana informs Kabir thanking him that the culprit has been arrested..
