You have wonderfully captured the relationship between sanskaar and AP š¤...sanskaar is the child which AP always wanted to have, but could not so she showered her love on her nephew...but this relation is always bound to fall short in front of the blood relation as they say that " blood is indeed thicker than water "...
so yes I did understand the love and mother-son bond between the two and also sans realisation that that the mother "after his own heart" will never go the whole hog for him when pitted against her blood child...I felt really awful for sans then..š
Just one thing I really would like to disagree to a certain extent vis--vis panna dhai...what that lady did was remarkable and full of grit...that is the reason she is remembered till date...I salute that great soul...
but there is a difference...you see apart form the immense love she had for baby Udai as his wet nurse...she was also aware that he was the heir to the throne and with all his brothers killed by his villainous uncle in his quest to usurp the throne and wipe out the bloodline...she did the unthinkable...sacrificed her own son to save baby Udai singh so that the mewar empire could be saved...this was patriotism, call for duty and unadulterated love at his best...
AP and sanskaar relation is different imo...AP is the queen bee...though she clearly adored sans but no way she could do a "paana dhai" especially when pitted against her own blood child "the prince charming lakshya", the apple of her eyes...so in way I think sanskaar's nave assumption that AP if she wanted could go the whole distance for him, and his acceptance that she would not was a bit confusing to me......and AP being the queen would actually want others to sacrifice for her son's happiness which am sure would be the case in the serial too...š„±
