Hey Everyone!
I am Lubeeda but feel free to call me anything u like. Now a little about myself before i start my analysis; I am a Media student. And analysing text is something what i do on a daily basis therefore i might just be a little too harsh and practical.
So let me straight get to the point, i felt the episode just was so bad! I had way better expectations, especially for the first epi! I mean the editing was just horrific..it got better towards the end. Same goes for lighting in some scenes. And let me not get started on audio. Ah gosh what the serious hell was that?!?! The dialogues were repeated... in some scenes the pitch was terrible and didn't even match...and the background music cut was just so rough!! And what was up with this k3g tune?!?! i liked the soft melody which was played during IshReet scene. Can't remember the name of the song atm.
Freaking hell this is a Ekta show right?? How long has she been in this industry?!? she should have at least hired one professional! I mean every department just seemed to suck!! The writers just packed too much for this first epi...there was nothing but cheesy drama! Preet and Ishaan both already have an amazing understanding which actually was really great to watch...but this is at the end of the day still an indian serial which is going to be on-air 5 days a week!! There is no back stabber in the family which again is something amazing and i even liked that fact. But i don't understand what exactly they want from this show?? Do they just wanna show us typical drama?? Where is the USP (unique selling point)?!?!
And then that last suspense which they tried to create with the girl and precap. Well let me tell u...it didn't interest me one bit! However what did catch my attention was their daughter!! Is she adopted?? Did Ishaan have a real bro or sis who also died along with his parents, is it heir daughter?? Is one of them divorced and the child is from that marriage?? Is she a mistake?? So many questions regarding her!!
I hope the makers pick up big time and that too soon, because for me today was a torture! I know i sound like i am exaggerating but i can't even watch a movie in peace without starting to analyse everything.
