these oldies shouldnt give their input in music..Since their prime! Music has entered into different zone all together !!Just like rakesh roshan Sooraj also has his old music sensibilities which really doesnt work nowadays!!! Yash chopra's last film music wasnt that good either but it was really saved by Adi chopra's input.They should let young minds dictate

Veer-Zaara music director was Madan Mohan and that created magic didn't it ? 😳

And yes, the Legends shouldn't give much input on today's music because the soulful combination of lyrics+music+tune is long lost in this age of Digital Recording anyways ! Old Singers wont have any idea how a person without ANY talent can sound so good with the help of instruments! 😆 Today a Honey Singh can be the MOST popular singer.. Obviously the Legends and the Likes of Honey Singhs can't be working on same platform 👍🏼

No...in fact...if they stay with their old sensibilities then we would get a great music but it seems they are tying to get in the current music zone, which is horrible, and end up making a really bad music.

time has changed why should we live in the past? we shouldnt using iphone and ipads stuff go back to old desktops😆

It's not wise to confuse Science and Technology with things like Talent, Honesty, Simplicity, Integrity these are values non-countable 😆 Also, I am excluding myself, but many of relatives of previous generating learnt to use technology to search Old Music + Books + Journals + Movies + Entertainment stuffs from their time.. 😆 Check the views of Old Mahabharata and New Mahabharata in YT 😉 You will know what is more watched and appreciated..

But may be from next generation onwards, those will not be valued much.. Till our generation we saw the transition of Digitization.. Next Gen is BORN in Digital Age 😃 They wont even know what Original or u can say Analog things look like 😆

its history!!! and will be read in history books if we have to succeed we have to move along with time in every sector say it films sports business everywhere. i dont resist changes!!! we have to embrace new technology orelse we ill remain an old haggard

I dont have problem either with the likes of S.D Burman/ Laxmikant Peyarelal or R.D Burman/A.R Rahaman or Honey Singh/Amit Trivedi

As a avid music listener, I only dislike repetitive, monotonous music. Melody works anyday but to make the song catchy you need to do some instrumental arrangements around the song.

Ashiquie, 1942 a love story, MPK etc would work even today because they are original songs with extermely nice and catchy tunes. You have to present them in a modern manner.

If old is not gold then new is not even silver either. I really can not take 10 Honey Singh raps of same type rather I would listen to 90s songs in loop

@db u can't mix talent with autotunes. Ok there are good voices in this year too but back ages ago there want such system,limited money n limited things still there voices,compositions rules. Then y BW at times ran out of composition n do dome remixes here and there.u can't compare O.P
