Uh,no.Parth is professional enough.He made a different choice for his own profession and said that he wants to move to the next best thing, wants to take another step.That's sensible and understandable. Acting is his job, that's how he makes him money and supports himself.We all have the right to make decisions we believe will be good for us.
Everyone else just chose differently. That is the thing though, the guy wants to move on, has been giving letters after letters explaining that he is done and its time to move on.The latest one too is about how If he even wants to come back, its not in his hands.That's him being polite. Now, if people want to harass the channel and writers and show runners BECAUSE Parth MIGHT come back if things were in his hands, then they will and they are.

The tamasha of quiting had been going on since long. Tab trend kyun nahin kiya #stayBackParth? The guy just wanted attention and he got it. 2 million ke pehle he didn't say it was 'not in his hands'. Something I will tell you that I learned from being in another fandom -- The show is for Fans,yes.But the show is for fans to be watched,not to be made.And THAT is why head canons and fan fictions exist.
Makers don't care if they loose a part of the audience, if they make sure that they will gain new ones from somewhere else,targeting new viewers, gaining a new fanbase,loyalist viewers of other actors.
At this point,Parth is just being diplomatic.A little shake here and tweak there, the in the moment volatile fandom sections could turn on him. At this point Karishma and Yuvi's feed will flow with crass crude suggestions and insults.Same could happen to Parth too.But bless his heart,he ain't gonna care really.

Was elated when parth AT was moved out of forum post season1. But now i realize even die hard nitians are no less. Charminggenie has pointed out rightly parth's videos and statuses are always dissected and if same thing happens to niti's status and updates people get over protective if anybody says a word here on IF. Till recent i used to consider myself as a nitian but i think if at all i point out anything i disagree with her i will receive lots of hatred. If only people realize extremism is toxic
