In tonight’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Madhav questions Maira about her decision to apologize on stage even after Abhira and Armaan had already clarified that the video was fabricated. His words leave both Abhira and Armaan taken aback. At that moment, Kaveri steps forward and hands the trophy to Abhira and Armaan, acknowledging that they truly deserve the recognition.

Maira Shocked as Kaveri Learns the Truth About the Event

Later, Abhira and Armaan meet Maira and express how proud they are of her courage. Armaan compliments her appearance during the event, teasing her playfully as they share a light moment. However, Kaveri soon spots the event bands on Abhira and Armaan’s wrists and instantly realizes that the two had secretly attended the school function. Maira is left startled by the revelation. Abhira explains that they had gone to the school but couldn’t catch her performance, while Armaan adds that they missed her speech as well. Abhira reassures Maira that what matters most is her achievement and not the minor setbacks.

Vidya, however, takes a firm stand. She tells Abhira and Armaan that overindulging Maira is not the right approach. She reminds them that discipline is just as important as affection and insists that Maira should understand the consequences of her actions. Armaan tries to diffuse the situation, requesting Vidya to let the matter rest for now and enjoy the family’s moment of pride. But Vidya refuses to relent, maintaining that Maira needs to acknowledge her mistake.

Kaveri Confronts Krish and Tanya for Supporting Maira

The Poddars gather to discuss the incident, and Kaveri shifts her attention toward Krish and Tanya. She questions why they went to Maira’s school without informing Abhira and Armaan and accuses them of encouraging Maira’s poor choices. Krish and Tanya defend themselves, saying they merely stood by Maira because she trusted them for support. Kaveri reprimands them, accusing the duo of always belittling Abhira and Armaan while pretending to act out of concern for Maira.

As the argument intensifies, Abhira and Armaan urge everyone to stop prolonging the matter, but Vidya refuses to back down. She demands that Maira apologize to Abhira and Armaan for her behavior. Maira, however, defiantly refuses, claiming that she is the one suffering because of them. Armaan asks her to speak respectfully to Vidya and asks her to apologize immediately. Enraged, Maira lashes out, refusing to say sorry. In a fit of anger, she hurls the trophy, which accidentally strikes Vidya, leaving the entire family in utter shock.

Abhir Confesses His Feelings to Kiara

Elsewhere, Abhir gathers the courage to confess his feelings to Kiara. He tells her that she must decide what she wants, making it clear that he will walk away if she stays silent. Just as he is about to leave, Kiara stops him, indicating that she may not want to lose him.

Abhira and Armaan Worry as Maira Locks Herself Away

Back at the Poddar house, Abhira rushes after Maira as she storms away, while Armaan stays behind to tend to Vidya’s injury. The family remains tense, reflecting on Maira’s behavior. Armaan tries to reason that Maira’s outburst comes from emotional hurt, but Vidya disagrees, saying that during their time, parents trusted teachers to correct children, whereas modern parenting has become too lenient.

Later, Abhira informs Armaan that Maira hasn’t eaten anything since the incident. Concerned, Armaan devises a plan to make her eat. However, Maira isolates herself, eating quietly in her room before locking the door. Abhira waits outside patiently, hoping she will eventually come out and talk.
