In a touching video message from her hospital bed, Mahhi said, "Hi guys, just giving you an update about my health. I had fever and shivers again this morning. It is dengue, malaria, typhoid negative. I have got viral, it's severe viral. I'm most saddened that I'm not able to go for the shoot. It's my dream project. I've put all my life into it. Just keep me in your prayers."

The actress shared an update on her recovery, saying, "I’ve ordered a lot of fruits today. I’m trying my best to get well by tomorrow and resume from day after tomorrow. Thank you for praying for me and loving me so much."

Mahhi also thanked her well-wishers, friends, and fans for their support, noting that she lacks the energy to reply to calls or video chats but is deeply touched by their concern.
