So it's confirmed Kangana is getting 11 Cr. for Laxmibai and not Rangoon. Even Imran laughed off those sharing credit rumours.

Good for her. Deserving - if the entire project rides on her shoulders.

Ketan Mehta 😕... a bit skeptical of his directorial prowess. His Mangal Pandey - The Rising, was a snoozefest.

Hope he redeems himself with LaxmiBai this time and has a tighter screenplay. Kangana is the right choice... and more accomplished than his previous choice - Ash, that he wanted to make film with a decade ago.

Who are the producers? It is supposed to be a British-Indian production and will require high budget.

I hate to say this, but it needs SLB. At least he gets the scale right... 😛
