Is China not ready for Bajrangi Bhaijan ?

Bajrangi Bhaijan and Bahubali both are blockbusters.
But China's E-star films bought the right of Bahubali only and they would release it in 5000 screans in China.

They could have bought both movies but they choose only Bahubali.Bajrangi Bhaijan behtarin movie hai.Even all the Salman haters also loved the movie.

Well China is into historical/epic/action movies so I'm guessing that's why.

I will answer then on behalf on my Chinese bandhus.

Chinese love ancient Indian history and there are some very popular shows there about Chinese people coming to India and vice versa. They still revere Bodhi Dharma and Admiral Zheng.

In China there r limited films that get released maybe 10 films a year...

China are more in to historical movies. Even their movies are bases on that. So does their daily soaps.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan will take time to enter their market. They r not a open market country. Their market systems are mostly like Cuba & North Korean. Just lately they changed their policies and opened little for foreign country.

BB is a story about 2 countries. China is very restricted. For them they are the superior. Even their country people can't have large amount of property. At the end, it should be given to the government. Their people should be loyal to government. If they send employees to foreign country they will bring them back within few months and those employees need to perform what they learn at foreign country in their own home country. Besides, if china bought company outside their country they will shut it down within few months once they expert in the production process of the company.

Overall, they believes in "we are the best".
