But what would the director get from including such a scene if the script didn't demand it? It's not a tradional Bollywood sex scene nor there's nudity. It's A rated so they couldn't even promote it on tv to get more people to watch it. So what can be the other reasons? What pleasure would someone get from supporting the inclusion of such a disgusting scene in the film with 'integral to the story' reason which you are calling as 'fancy excuse'?
It's not like Raghu meets the prostitute the first time and immediately rapes her for revenge. That's why I asked whether you watched the film. If you have watched the film then I obviously can't argue because you might have seen it in a different way but i think its quite unfair to call it unnecessary before even watching the film and the context of the scene (Not talking about you, speaking in general about this 'what a disgusting scene, thank god i didn't watch the film' type of d comments.
