If Karan is a man enough, he should take badla from Surya directly.. Why is his daughter being used as an object of revenge. why does he torture her..Why why why are they showing such crooked thinking

There has been a lot in media with honor killing. Why do they have to kill women for the honor..what is this jhoota and fake empty honor/izzat in front of someones life??

Why is it, that a woman has to take all insults with a smiling face and patience. just because she as 4 daughters. ..Why do we consider daughters as weakness and sons as strengths?

Why is it that it is womens fault for giving birth to a girl?? only if ppl knew that it is the father who determines the baby will be a boy or a girl , depeding on if he contributes X or Y chromosome ..

I understand what you are saying. I myself have 2 daughters and my father in law told me that I am not a woman as I don't have a son.lol...Tell me where in the Ramayan or the Bhagwat Gita says that if a woman does not produce a male infant she is not a woman, that is just men's way of thinking.
God made us women and to carry a baby in our womb is an honor, wheather we have male or femal babies.
I agree that it is just a show but you also learn things from looking at a show, so let's learn.
According to alot of the soaps I see, the men are mean and the women have no say, that is wrong, today a woman is so much stronger and bolder than a man, in many ways but they will not show that.Why, does it have to be a Man's world, why can't it be our world, man and woman.It is about time all this stop, when a man hits a woman on a show let's see the woman stand up and slap him so hard that he falls, let the man see Woman's Power.It is time we see fairness in these soaps not advantages of women, that is not good promotion.

Wow, I never faced this type of behavior in my life. Nor at my parents house or at my in-laws house. My parents and grandparents gave preference to me, my elder sister and cousin sister than my brother (who is the only son in the entire family). And in in-laws family, I live like a queen. My father in-law is like my real dad, I never felt that I left my real dad in California, I feel like he is living with me.

This is a bit shock to me who women are being treated and totally agree with shags40 "WHY". They haven't done anything wrong. But in this particular show, the father never liked his daughters because of the step mother Menka. Otherwise, he loves his daughters.

thas so tru i hate tha..and i guess thas y i haven't been watchign soaps as much cuz it jus pisses me off at the fact tha a women will stay quiet for the sake of others and just bare insults..like omg stand up for yourself and u can't even say ur being nice or respecting my motto is u need to respect others to gain respect for urself and u jus can't expect it jus cuz ur older..women r by far better than men..but thur r sum men hu r kind hearted...i guess its just the indian mentality..indian soaps r jus a drag its not wats happenin today even if they show sumthings liek daughter rites and all its still pushing it further..and y r all the women housewives!!..and i wud so luv to see a women slap a man out making him fall to his feet!
