Can conjoined twins survive?

Can conjoined twins survive without being separated? As far as I know that they have to separate otherwise the kids do not survive. Just curious……..

There have been cases where conjointed twins survived even though they were grown ups. Example:- recent case of Ladan Bijlani and Laleh Bijlani. They died after operation performed on them to separate them. They bleeded a lot in the operation and could not separate. They were joined at head, which is very dangerous.

It is recommened that the operation to separate should be performed in early age because with time the muscle joining the two becomes stronger and therefore, it becomes more dangerous to separate.

yeah i think conjoined twins can survive, but they are really rare and most of the time, they have some disabilities or die when they are babies.. i think they will show a separation of them because liver is one of the few organs in the body that can grow if u cut it..so i dont know why they have'nt shown the twins becoming separated...

no.. they cat survive..

coz jin jin ka meine suna hei.. no1 of them survived they died......

well there have been cases with conjoined twins and they have survived

again it depends on the degree and place of attachment..

the very famous word siamese twins came into exisence because of two Siamese brothers Chang and Eng bunker...
who were joined at hips and shared a liver just like the protagonist of the show...
they lived for 63 years..

.the recent case of two Iranian girls joined at head...they lived for more than 20 years and dies becuase of surgery..

i wonder how little kids handle it, many kids fight like amber dhara did when they were small,
i couldnt watch when 1 picked up the knife and was about to... 😕
