Nah i think Armaan did write the letter, otherwise how wud he know to meet Ridz on the roof at that specific time, and also wen Angi mentioned the letter he looked shocked....as in i think he was surprised that everyone had found out bout the letter

u know... I don't think he wrote the letter either. I think it might have been minnie. Kyunki Armaan was trying to say something to Ridz. Almost as if he were trying to give an explanation. Ho sakta hai ki Ridz only needed to hear him out. I don't think he did it. I may be wrong though. 😛
