I wonder Vihan never questioned vibha, who is arhaan? Why he has this tatto?
Or vibha did plastic surgery and hide that tattoo????

Hi there! Some of us have wondered that as well. How does she explain away the tattoo? Or, like you said, maybe she has had something done to it. After the effort the CVs took to put it into the Vihaan-Aarushi's story and give it meaning, it would make sense that it plays a part in Vihaan's memory recovery process somehow. But I'm keeping my expectations low. We'll see.
