Shahid with Kareena in Vikramaditya's next?

Few months ago, there were reports ofVikramaditya Motwane approachingSaif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan for his next. But during the Bajrangi Bhaijaan promotions, Bebo dismissed all such rumours. But the story doesn't stop there. Saif, who had given a go ahead to the Lootera director kept him waiting and asked the director to alter the film's script. Soon after, he unceremoniously dropped out of the project. Now, we hear that Motwane has approached Shahid Kapoor for the same film.

Motwane has already changed the script and tweaked it a bit and narrated the film to Sasha who has liked the story. The actor has also decided to come on board for the film but the formalities are being worked out at the moment.

Being close friends to the Phantom founders, it was not difficult to coax Shahid for the role. Instead, he liked the film, which essentially revolves around a superstar actor's tryst with his stardom. Although Shahid and Saif will be acting together in Vishal Bhardwaj'sRangoon, it seems Bebo's ex is all set to replace her hubby in Motwane's next!
