Given her long running history with blockbusters, we'd have thought that Katrina would be running both hands outstretched towards every money spinner that came her way, but apparently there is something such as too much of a good thing. And that appears to be the only plausible explanation we can behind Katrina's need to reject these seven big ticket movies:
Chennai Express
While Deepika spared no time in hopping on board the 100 crore express, Katrina apparently had her apprehensions and is said to have turned the offer to work with SRK down. And well, given her accent problems with base Hindi, we can only be happy that she didn't attempt to go down the South Indian lane.
Bajirao Mastani
With Sanjay Leela Bhansali at the helm and a commendable cast, we'd have thought that any actress would have jumped at the offer to star in Bajirao Mastani, but rumours have it that Katrina rebutted the offer as she felt that Ranveer Singh was too junior' for her to star with. Gasp.
Ram Leela
Apparently Deepika wasn't the original choice for the role of the feisty Leela; the script passed through Katrina's hands first before she turned it down for reasons unknown. In related news, anyone interested in signing Katrina up for some tests to diagnose her allergy to 100 crore blockbusters?
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deeewani
Ouch. Apparently, Katrina is interested in restricting her screen presence with alleged beau Ranbir to clandestine jaunts on Spanish beaches, for after reportedly taking her sweet time to consider, she turned down Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani leaving Karan Johar none too pleased.
