Preity Zinta praises her buddy's comeback on her own terms

Preity Zinta is all praise for her friend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback in Sanjay Gupta's Jazbaa.

Says Preity, "Aishwarya is looking absolutely smashing in the teasers of Jazbaa. Who says female actors after marriage are no longer in demand? Ash's getting the best of both the worlds. She's a great mom and wife, and she's doing the work that she wants to, on her own terms."

She continues, "Look at Angelina Jolie. After starting a family with Brad Pitt, she did Salt where she replaced Tom Cruise. And look at Sharmila Tagore. Some of her best film came after marriage and motherhood."

On her dosti with Aishwarya, Preity says, "I've been friends with Abhishek and Ash for many years. But I also have my own equation with Ash. It was said that I was great friends with Rani Mukerji at one time. But Rani and I shared only a professional equation. With Ash, I can say she's a real friend."

When was it said that Preity and Rani were friends? Both of them always maintained that they had a very good WORKING relationship and nothing beyond that. I guess people just assumed because of the amount of movies they did together.

I am surprised about her equation with Aish though. I never realised these two were friends. But she is right about Aish doing work on her own terms. She's always been like this, it's not like marriage and motherhood has changed her on that front.

I feel the whole actresses' careers being over after motherhood was always a myth. Maybe the demand reduced with newbies coming in, but I am pretty sure they still got work if they were relevant enough.

I think PC and Kareena are firends, and Anushka and DP. PC is mostly on good terms with all the actresses she works with, she's like that only, also a bit feminist.

PC and kareena friends?😆 you mean enemies. Kareena has NEVER been friends with actresses. The only friend she has is Amrita arora who used to be a flop actress

DP and PC are actually friends because PC knew DP way before she became an actress so they have a special sister bond

but back to the topic, I remember before Ash's wedding, seeing Preity holding Aish's back, it was too cute of a picture, priceless photo it was

PC thought she and Kareena were friends till KJo popped that bubble on national television. I felt a little bad for her there tbh. But yea she has in general maintained a good rapport with her female co-actors.

lol yea, I still have stardust interviews where PC went on about how she and Bebo are great friends, how well they get along.
