She went to Akka's in Munirka, Paati (Bala's Mom)
had made lemon rice for her, she had ordered Amma to stop sending food and just care for Akka
Kamakshi Athai lay on the sofa taking a mid morning nap,
"Its Tuesday u didnt go to work?" Paati asked
"No patti whole week off" Ii said smugly
"So going back to work on August 13th? Will u take more time off for the punya jananam? next Tuesday the 14th?" paati asked

The baby had started nusring normally, Janaki Athai had returned briefly to her daughter
Lakshmi's house, Athai's husband was missing her... and she had promised to return with her husband around Thursday and then stay on for the ceremony on Tuesday
Bala had gone to work briefly...
"When are u coming?" Akka gushed "He rolled over" she teased
"REALLY?" II was startled

"How mean... what is he doing?"
"Hes like you he JUST TALKS... his lips twitch and twist and bend all day" Akka said proudly "and he complains if he doesnt get fed"
"is he nursing well now?"

"See he belongs to me" II muttered "can I have him for a sleepover?"
