ELEL or HHRPK?

I just happened to watch the 1992 movie 'Ek Ladka Ek Ladki' yesterday. And boy i absolutely loved it. I found the movie to be really cute. Also Salman-Neelam, along with the kids were beyond adorable. 😳

On the other hand I love the Aamir-Juhi starrer 'Hum hai Rahi Pyaar Ke' as well. Both these movies had a slightly similar plot on the face of it. Say for Example, the orphaned kids living with their uncle, the entry of a rich, lost girl and how she ends up being a part of the family. Also, The two movies released around the same time, ELEL in 1992 and HHRPK in 1993.

So if you were to pick one of them, what would your choice be?Discuss. 😃

P.S- Now that i have watched Salman-Neelam in ELEL, it is so annoying to think that they played brother-sister in HSSH. 😆

Never watched ELEL probably because I thought it would be bad given that it was a flop...But yes, Salman and Neelam did look supercute from whatever I have seen in the songs.

HHRPK--- I only liked the initial comedy scenes of the movie. I thought the movie got a bit too serious after a certain point. I still like it, but i wish they had kept the comic tone throughout the entire movie.
