Zee Tv India's top Hindi entertainment Tv channel is planning to Launch a new Tv serial based on the Life of Chanakya . Chanakya was an Indian philosopher, economist, jurist and teacher. His real name is as Kautilya or Vishnu Gupta.He is well known author of book related to economy named Arthasastra .

New Historical Tv show is the work of Golden Television Network which is popular for its show on DD National. The New show 'Chanakya' is still in development stage . As soon as we get more information about the show we will update it here .
Story of 'Chanakya' Zee TV Upcoming Serial
Originally a professor of economics and political science at the ancient university of Taxila, Chanakya managed the first Mauryan emperor Chandragupta's rise to power at a young age.
He is widely credited for having played an important role in the establishment of the Maurya Empire, which was the first empire in archaeologically recorded history to rule most of the Indian subcontinent. Chanakya served as the chief advisor to both Chandragupta and his son Bindusara.
Star-Cast of 'Chanakya' Zee TV Upcoming Serial
Yash Mistry is joining the cast of this serial . Presently he is working with Colors Show 'Udaan'. Google Boy which is popularly known as Kaultilya Pandit will play the character of Junior Chanakya in the show. Bhavesh Balchandani is famous for his role as young Ranvijay in Star Plus' Veera.

OMG really? I so hope Manish Wadhwa gets to play Chanakya again! Yayyy Im so excited! 😃

There was a show on Chanakya some years years back too btw. My dad keeps talking about it.

P.S : This wont air in zindagi though. Khair,im so glad u posted it here. I wouldnt have known or else 😆

The first one was Chandra Prakash Dwivedi. who played Chankya and very well made show and i think even in Discovery of India directed by Shyam Banegal also has Marya dynasty . Chandra Prakash Dwivedi. directed the pinjar also Manish Wadhwa did great job as Chanakya . It was left midway when NDTV Imagine was closed . I do not know about this but old ones had good contents with famous theater personalities.
