I agree they might improve with time..and then ppl might change their views because they will get used to watching them at 8 pm daily..like may turn to obsession.. but all i want to say is they can't replace Apu-Sur..they shud build their own base.. that is a new fresh story.. they are carrying the left overs of two versatile actors.. Apurva and surveen had won our hearts and its really tough to imagine anyone else there..
No offence but the new story is the same gheesi piti track.. guy is poor and girl rich.. infact we got to see smth different with apu-sur.. a journey of a chirpy young girl from Mussourie to the chair person of the entire Radio City.. and then she met her knight in shining armour.. he was complicated.. and none knew what was cooking in his head.. he was just unpredictable.. there was everything mysterious about our dev..he was like the coconut.. hard rock from outside but soft and delicate from inside.. uss main jo baat hai with baccha party main kaha..
maybe they will be popular in Kaajjal.. but there will be no one like apurva and surveen.. the magic that they created as DK... has gone forever.. we wont get it back.. which is the conclusion..

So well said Ananya ! I am sure this story and new set of actors will do well if one watches it as another story ! However, everytime the connection to the old characters happen, then the comparison is bound to happen and then we are going to be even more upset and going to miss that amazing magic and chemistry of Apu-Sur !!

so well written anu ji it was avery complex role......surveens role ...............here it is so shallow with fake laughter ...no spontaniaty like surveen........................and comparing devinder to dps is an insult to apu he was a very difficult character to play....................................kaccon ka dimag ghaas khane chala gaya hai 😉 😕
